Translation:

though Civaṉ is difficult to be seen by those who do not have love.
he will appear before sincere devotees in a forms, he will have in his palm fire;
will ride with joy on a bull, his neck too is black.
he is great though he dwells in the cremation ground.
who can know his true nature?
