Translation:

see 1st verse I kept my mind as a place for you only.
I do not know having spent even a moment without thinking of you.
I have never experienced anything comparable to this cruelty.
having disabled me by bringing together the intestines with the belly.
you neither destroy this disease which afflicts me like the poison, drawing near me, by driving it away from coming near me nor do you say Do not be afraid`.
