Translation:

Civaṉ placed Umai on one half rejoicing in that act.
in every aeon the superior god who appeared fastening the serpent as a string to the bow of a mountain.
being angry with the three cities which went and plundered, to be consumed by burning fire.
the Lord in Tiruppayaṟṟūr has eyes which showed anger.
