தேவியைப் பாகம் வைத்தார் திருப்பயற் றூர னாரே.

aaviyaa yaviyu maaki yarukkamaayp perukka maakip
paaviyar paava:n theerkkum paramanaayp pirama naakik
kaaviyang ka'n'na 'laakik kadalva'n'na maaki :nin'ra
thaeviyaip paakam vaiththaar thiruppaya'r 'roora naarae.

Translation:

being the smoke of the sacrifical fire and the offerings made to gods in the sacrificial fire.
being minute being big being the supreme god who removes the sins of sinners.
being pramaṉ creator being the lady whose eyes are like blue nelumbo flowers.
the god in Tiruppayaṟṟur placed on one half his tevi who has the colour of the ocean.
