Translation:

one who destroyed the Kāmaṉ who has the harmful bow of sugar-cane.
our Lord who is in Perumpaṟṟappuliyūr gathering beautiful flowers so that even buds may not be available.
you worship (the Lord) by scattering the flowers (at his feet) to make the bees to suffer.
