Translation:

Buddhists and the unfortunate camaṇar to slander about Civaṉ and to speak words of similar ideas and transgress all limits of decency.

this person is truly the Lord who resides gladly in Piramāpuram, and is a like a mad man to be spoken derisively by people that the act of covering his body with the skin of a rutting elephant to make it bewildered .
