Translation:

Having destroyed the strength of the shoulders of the King of great Ilankai, who performed valorous deeds, which pushed out the expansive mountain (of Kailācam) the thief who captivated my mind.
this person is truly the Lord who resides gladly in Piramāpuram whose fame shines (for ever) every time when many universal deluges occur when all things are destroyed, appear in this world where sufferings outweigh happiness.
Translation: V.M.Subramanya Aiyar – Courtesy: French Institute of Pondichery / EFEO (2006)

The arrogance of Lankan King\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s doughty shoulders that rattled Kayilai Was quelled by the purloiner of my heart, who amid the woe Of this spinning world stayed for good at Brahmapuram, By several dissolutions ne\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'er undone., whose lord indeed is He.
