భూతాలను ఆడించే నాయకుడా!
సారవంతమైన తోటలున్న తిరుపుణ్కూరు వసించే దేవా!
‘ఏయర్కోన్’ అనే వాని కుండిన పెద్ద వ్యాధిని నయర జేస్తే అతడు నీకు 12 వేలీల భూమిని దానం జేశాడని విన్నాను.
సంపన్నుడవని తెలియజేసే విధంగా అప్పుడే ఆవుల వద్ద నుండి పిండిన పాలతో అభిషేకం చేసు కొంటావు.
మంచి ఇసుకతో చేసిన శివ లింగాన్ని చండి చెరిపి వేసిందని అలిగి శివలోకం చేరిన దొరను ఆమె పుషాల నిచ్చి సంతోసింప జేసిందని తెలుసు కొన్నాను.
నీ పాదాలను నేను ఆశ్రయించాను. దయచేసి సమ్మతించు.

දෙගුණ බිම්වරම් පිදුයේ යතිඳු
ඒයර්කෝන්‚ උවදුරු දෙක දුරු වූයෙන්
එළකිරි දොවා දෝවනය කළෙන් මනහර
වැල්ලේ සිවලිඟුවට‚ උරණ වූ පිය හිස සිඳ දැමූ
සන්ඩේස්වරට‚ සිකරයේ කුසුමින්
හරසර දැක්වූ පුවත අසා‚ ආවෙමි සරණ පතා
බූත ගණ රදුනගෙ සිරි පා නමදිනුයේ
බැතියා රැක ගනු මැන මනහර පුන්කූරයේ සමිඳුනේ.

भूतगणों के प्रभु!
सुन्दर वाटिकाओं से घिरे
तिरुप्पुन्कूर में प्रतिष्ठित प्रभु!
बारह बीघा भू-भाग प्रदत्ता \\\'एयरकोन\\\' की
उदर पीड़ा को तुमने दूर किया।
गाय का दूधा दुहा हुआ,
घड़े में रखा था।
चण्डेश्वर नायनार उस दूधा को
श्वेत बालू पर निर्मित शिवलिंग पर उँड़ेलनेवाले थे।
उसे शिव कर्म करने से रोकने वाले
अपने पिता के पैर चण्डेश्वर ने काट दिये।
तुमने उसे मोक्ष प्रदान किया।
तुमने जटा पर आराग्वधा माला धाारण की है।
इस संज्ञान के साथ
यह दास आपके श्री चरणों के
आश्रय में आया है।
इसकी रक्षा करो।

having heard that you cured ēyar kōṉ of his big disease which afflicted him, and he donated twelve vēlis of land.
when you were bathed in the milk just milked from the cows which are considered as wealth
the feet of the father who went angrily on the civalinkam which was improvised by heaping beautiful sand, to be severed from the body.
to Caṇṭi who cut them off.
and also knowing that you adorned gave the flowers which were on your matted hair
I approached your golden feet;
please accept me.
